We want you to absolutely love your purchase from The Nifty Nurse Crafty Corner! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

• Some personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for return. We’ll always note this on the product page when applicable.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you of the status.

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, we recommend returning your original order (if eligible) and placing a new order.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

• If the return is due to our error (such as a defective or incorrect item), we’ll cover the return shipping.
